Glass Art has always been fascinating.  When you see it you wonder how was that made. When you see someone  working with a torch you go WOW how do they know how to do that. An age old technique of melting pulling pushing and puffing molten glass into shapes.  In early lampworking the artist worked with a flame of a oil lamp and had only clear glass to work with. It wasn't until recently, the last 20 years has color come into the craft of lamp-working.

So much so that people take it for granted but when you see a piece of art made out of glass it catches the eye. It kind of mesmerizes you how it sparkles in the light and you can see depth and texture and dazzling color.
I go through a lot of glass projects some of my most favorites are bugs.
